Davidson Samosir has been a PERADI Advocate since 2007. He is a seasoned litigator and corporate lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience. His professional experience includes working as a senior in-house counsel for companies engaged in Payment Gateway, Fund Transfer, Data Services, Financing, Nickel Mining, Smelter and Heavy Equipment. 

Davidson holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Atmajaya Catholic University, a Master of Law from Universitas Indonesia, and has studied comparative law at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Germany. He also the Editor-in-Chief for hukumonline.com English Newsroom (+6 years), where he had researched written numerous publications on regulatory updates, news, and opinions regarding General Corporate, Banking and Financial Services, Energy and Natural Resources (Mining), Employment, Transportation, Construction and Infrastructure, Telecommunication and Media, Manufacturing and Industry, Trade, Taxation, Fishery, Security and many more. 

He has represented clients in various courts and advised on domestic and international transactions. Additionally, he has been a law lecturer at Swiss German University and Universitas Pelita Harapan since 2010.
